All that certain tract or parcel of land containing 3.409 Acres, more or less, and being situated in that called 20 Acre tract as described in Clerk's File No. 211998, in the records of Cameron Parish Louisiana, and being situated in the Northwest One Half of Section 10, Township South, Range West of the Louisiana Meridian, in the Southwestern Land District, Cameron Parish Louisiana, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows; Commencing at a point on the Southwest Corner of the Northwest 1/2 of Section 10 as described in Clerk's File No 211998 and being that same description used in that Correction and Quit Claim Deed as recorded under Clerk's File No. 307314, all In the records of Cameron Parish, Louisiana; thence North 19 degrees 47 minutes 46 seconds East (record, North 19 degrees 46 minutes 17 seconds East) for a distance of 1911.51 feet (record) to a found 1 inch Iron Rod and the Northwest Corner of called 20 Acre Tract as recorded in Clerk's File No. 211998; thence South 89 degrees 58 minutes 32 seconds East (record, East) for a distance of 44973 feet (record 450.00 feet) to a found 1/2 inch Iron Pipe; thence South 82 degrees 12 minutes 23 seconds East (record, South 82 degrees 14 minutes 14 seconds East) along the Northerly line of called 20 Acre Tract described in Clerk's File No 211998 for a distance of 1469.54 feet to a set 5/8 Iron Rod with Cap stamped Collins PLS 4390 and the Point of Beginning from whence bears a found 1/2 Iron Pipe as Offset Corner bearing North 64 degrees 56 minutes 55 seconds West at a distance of 38.77 feet; thence South 82 degrees 12 minutes 23 seconds East (record, South 82 degrees 14 minutes 14 seconds East) along the Northerly line of said 20 Acre tract, for a distance of 368.44 feet to a found 1/2 inch Iron Rod and the Northeast Corner of said called 20 Acre Tract; thence South 0 degrees 04 minutes 30 seconds West (record, South) passing a found 1/2 inch Iron Rod at a distance of 335.17 feet (record, 335.25 feet) and continuing for a total distance of 380.63 feet (record, 35525 feet! to a point on the North Bank of the Intracoastal Waterway, and being a point on the South line of said 20 Acre tract; thence North 84 degrees 05 minutes 26 seconds West along the North Bank of Intracoastal Waterway for a distance of 34863 feet to a Point on the North Bank of Intracoastal Waterway; thence North 84 degrees 59 minutes 02 seconds West along the North Bank of Intracoastal Waterway for a distance of 5574 feet to a point on the North Bank of Intracoastal Waterway, from whence a found 1/2 inch Iron Pipe as Offset Corner bears North 26 degrees 26 minutes 28 seconds West, at a distance of 24.23 feet, and a Set 5/8 inch Iron Rod with Cap as Offset corner, bears North 05 degrees 31 minutes 38 seconds East, at a distance of 43.43 feet, thence North 5 degrees 31 minutes 38 seconds East for a distance of 391.65 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 3.409 Acres, more or less
