We employ a full-time Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (C.O.S.S.) on staff as well as a Third Party safety consultant to make sure nothing "slips through the cracks."    M & C Oilfield Services, LLC also implements a strict drug policy through DISA that includes pre-employment, random, reasonable cause, and post-accident drug screening that is performed by our in-house DOT collector.
